MS SQL: Code to calculate number of working days between two dates (excluding weekends)

Even though this isn’t specifically pertinent to NAV, we all need to write code and queries in SQL from time to time. This little snippet of code may come in handy the next time you need to find the number of working days (i.e. excluding weekends) between two dates.
